Sad Day

I am typing this blog entry on an iMac, which is an Apple Inc. product and was created at the direction of Steve Jobs one of its co-founders and its best visionary and CEOs.  

It is a sad day as Mr. Jobs has succumbed to pancreatic cancer.  While I am not a huge “Apple Fan Boy” I do use some of their products, all but one--a Netwon--was created by Steve Jobs.  I do feel that he has done a great deal to further the consumer electronics industry.  I am especially thankful for his leadership of Pixar, which has created some of my favorite animated motion pictures.  I am thankful that he pushed the industry to make better products, the kind that people actually wanted to own.

I actually will miss him, many might not, but I will.   Rest In Peace Steve.
