Little baby Gabriella was just a doll to photograph.  She never fussed and never cried, she was just so sweet and lovely.

It was a cold, wintery day when Gabby and her parents arrived to be photographed, but inside it was warm and cozy especially when this little bundle of joy was “unwrapped” from her warm snowsuite.

Photographing babies is an interesting mix of art and patients.  Dawn was great in setting up the shots and between her and Gabby’s mother they did a great job in getting her to smile and laugh.  Sometimes you have to wait and wait until “they” want to smile, and that is where the “patients” part  generally comes into play.  

Baby’s are such wonderful little people to photograph, their little faces just light up an image.  They can wave their little arms and legs in the air in ways that just make your heart melt.  Not to mention remind you how inflexible you have become!

I remember when I used to be able to do that!  ;-)

We look forward to seeing Gabriella every six months to take her picture and to capture her journey into becoming a beautiful young woman.
