Look What The Stork Brought

Dawn and I have a favorite restaurant, well to us, it is more like a hangout that we eat at, but it is a restaurant. Logan’s Roadhouse is a place that we meet our friends at for lunch most days of the week. We have been going there ever since it was built in 2001.
We always sit at the same table, which is Table #99; yes, we actually call it by the table number that they do, that should tell you what regulars we are. Being a regular, means you get to know the staff by name and they know us by name as well; we are the “Norms” of the restaurant.
We got to know the parents of little baby Giuliana at Logan’s Roadhouse; her dad is the manager of the place. When he got married Table#99 was invited--Dawn, Michael, Joe & Krissie. We actually shot the video for their wedding and we even made a special Bloopers tape for them, I will save that for another story, but it included a white rabbit, and a broom closet.
Not too soon after the wedding, but more than nine months for those of you who started to do the math in their heads, the stork brought a little bundle of joy to the Gates house and she was named Giuliana. Dawn and I offered to do a newborn photo session for them and they accepted and we had a great time doing it! Dawn got to play “dress up the baby in adorable little infant clothes” and I got to play with all the baby toys (I’m a sucker for things that light up and make noise).
Giuliana’s dad had purchased some adorable baskets for the session, and her grandma had made a wonderful yellow baby blanket. In fact the grandpa even made the changing table and the crib! We will have to go back and do a product shoot of just those items later.
Giuliana, never wanted to go to sleep during her photo session, so she was wide eyed for the entire thing. She was just a little fussy throughout, I think she was practicing to be a model diva. I think for her first photo session, Miss Giuliana did just fine, what do you think?
