The big dip!Love is about trust and sometimes balance
It always makes Michael and my heart warm when one of "Our kids" grows up and gets engaged and asks us to photograph their wedding. When I say "Our Kids" I mean someone else's child, but one who's life we have been apart of and watched them grow up and mature into an adult.
We have known Taylor since she was just a "squirt." That is a hockey term by the way. Michael coaches hockey and that is how Taylor became one of "Our Kids." Michael and her father met while coaching high school hockey, and they have remained friends ever since, and we have gotten to know all the family members over the years.
We have watched Taylor (T-Rex to us) grow up to become a lovely young woman, quite the opposite of when she was playing the "enforcer" defenseman (defensewoman) on her hockey teams.
Michael and I can't wait until the wedding, which we will be photographing next year, it will be up in Minnesota where hockey is king and she will be the queen.
