Dawn and I had the pleasure of helping Santa and Mrs. Claus meet the children and families of the City of Elkhart.
It was a cold and very windy day, and Santa's sleigh was delayed by the high winds but when he finally arrived with the help of Rudolf all the kids were happy and cheering for him and Mrs. Claus. With the help of the wonderful little elves at Hopman Jewelers they brought with them all the making for S'mores, which the children (and some adults too) just loved!
The twins just loved seeing Santa.
We were almost able to fit all of the sisters on Santa's and Mrs. Claus's lap!
There is one happy little Purdue fan sitting on Santa's lap!
I think they just found out that they are on the "Naughty List"
This little boy came prepared, he brought his List for Santa!
No matter what we all tried we just couldn't get the little girl to smile.
We just love that they all have on a Christmas hat
Even mom was able to get on the couch with Santa.
We didn't even half to ask him to smile!
Santa and Mrs. Claus keeping this little boy warm and out of the wicked wind!
This little guy slept through the entire meeting with Santa!
Even mom sometimes has a Christmas list to give Santa (I bet it is a makeup kit from Bethza's).
We had just enough for the entire family to get into the picture!
We even had some "Big Kids" come sit on Santa's lap with their lists.
Not every child was exactly excited to meet Santa for the first time!
Our favorite Dress shop neighbors--Elegant Designs, even got to sit with Santa and Mrs. Claus. (I bet they are on the Naughty list!)
You are never to old to believe in Santa!
I think Santa might have found a new recruit to pull his sleigh!
Even a dog came to see Santa (I bet I know what's on his list!)
Santa and his Mrs. after a long day of making children happy!
